Tuscan winter dinner (seafood)
With such a plethora of coastline, it’s not hard to see why Italians love food from the sea. Tuscany hugs the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, where the water is salty and shellfish abundant. Some of the great dishes of Tuscany include a variety of shellfish cooked and simmered as a stew or sauce.
The Tuscan Association of Qld together with Italian chef – Vittorio Greco and his wife Barbara will prepare a 4 course dinner of very authentic Tuscan seafood dishes that will satisfy the most hungry appetite.
