St John Ambulance Concert Band
St John Ambulance Concert Band, is one of Brisbane’s oldest bands, having been formed in 1919 by its first conductor, Albert Kaeser. A community band, consisting of approximately 30 members, with a wide range of ages and diverse backgrounds.

Treasury Casino Italian Motor Expo

Lovers of Italian design and motor enthusiasts alike will find no better place to get their motors running than at The Treasury Casino Italian Motor Expo on Sunday the 30th of May!


This free event, which will be at Reddacliff Place from 10am to 2pm, will give Brisbane residents the unique chance to see classic and contemporary Italian motor vehicles, motorbikes and scooters up close.

While enjoying the best Italian motor engineering has to offer, guests will enjoy the live sounds of some of Brisbane’s leading orchestras and concert bands. The Brisbane Regional Youth Orchestra and the St. John Ambulance concert band will be playing a range of beautiful songs, including many Italian classics.

From Alfa Romeo, to Fiat, Ducati, Maserati and Lamborghini, these high-performance Italian vehicles come from private collections, dealers and distributors thanks to the valuable assistance of the Italian Motor Vehicle Clubs.
