Renowned Brisbane Chef PJ McMillan will showcase his favourite Italian meals during this year’s festival. For the entire week diners can indulge in a number of seasonal Autumn specials including porchetta- traditional roasted pork accompanied by grilled polenta and sautéed radicchio with salsa verde.
