Head Chef, Paul Hoffman, will design a tailor-made tasting menu matching the heady, powerful and tannic wines of Italy’s most famous wine growing regions of Piedmont, Tuscany and Veneto.
Wine Director Jeff Power will conduct a retail-focused promotion throughout the week at Cru Cellars kicking off on Wednesday May 26 with an Italian tasting evening focusing on the pointy or serious end of the Italian wine spectrum.
