Master your pasta making skills at Cortina Restaurant on the 29th of May!
Pasta has always been an iconic dish in Italian cuisine, and is a basic and versatile ingredient that can incorporate the season’s produce to make it a meal all year round.
The Tuscan Association of Queensland, along with Italian chef Vittorio Greco and his wife Barbara, will teach you how to make a variety of pasta from scratch, as well as the delicious accompanying sauces.
After perfecting your pasta skills, you can sit down to a delicious pasta meal and enjoy the authentic tastes over a glass of wine.
